Partner Manager


Short Description

The Partner Manager is responsible for building and maintaining partner relationships as well as co-creating and executing the business development strategy.

The Partner Manager plays a key role in building out the partner channel for new and existing products and solutions.


Job Description

The primary focus is to identify and recruit new partners and to enable them with an effective go-to-market strategy to bring our products and solutions to the end customer. In addition, the partner manager will play a key role in supporting partners in the sales cycle.


As direct point of contact for our partners, you will be responsible for setting up partner account plans and to manage and monitor that our partners can effectively sell, implement and support our products. Due to the close involvement with our partners, relationship management is a crucial part of the job.


K3 Software Solutions is currently growing strongly and is on the verge of launching new products on the market. We are looking for someone who has a clear vision on partner management and that will help us bring structure and new impetus to our strategy. Ideally you will have experience working with an indirect sales model for complex software solutions.


You are a natural presenter, with the ability to make our story come alive and creating real engagements with partners. You are a charismatic person who earns trust of our partners due to your knowledge and ability to make a difference.


Our partners are located around the globe and pre-sales and training efforts often will be delivered on the partner’s premise. Therefore travelling will be a substantial part of the job. 



-Bachelor or Masters level;

-Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in channel sales;

-Experience with sales and the launch of complex software;

-Proven experience in international sales and business development

-Knowledge and experience with strategic account management is a plus
