Partner Account Manager


Short Description

The Partner Account Manager is part of the commercial team and is responsible for supporting the worldwide partner network and driving sales and revenue for a number of solutions in our portfolio.


Job Description

K3 Software Solutions is currently growing strongly following the launch of a number of new solutions. As a result, we are looking for a new colleague who will be responsible for supporting our global partner network in selling our solutions. The ideal candidate is someone who has worked for a couple of year to kick-start their career and is now looking to take the next step.


Working closely with the partners, you will support them in the promotion and selling of the solutions. Your tasks will include developing and giving demos, pre-sales support, providing partner readiness and training, managing the ordering process and ensuring that partners are updated on any pricing and/or solution changes on a timely and regular basis. As the primary partner contact, you will also be responsible for handling any additional queries.


You will also be responsible for managing the partner relationship which means jointly developing partner sales plans, scheduling regular meetings (in person and/or virtual) to review progress against plan, and owning and implementing licensing programs. We work closely with our partners so strong relationship management skills are critical to the success of this role.


Our partners are located around the globe therefore remote working and/or travelling could be a substantial part of the job. 


Your profile

We are looking for a highly motivated, results driven individual who a couple of years (commercial) experience and has the ambition to grow and take on increasingly more ownership and responsibility. You are flexible, pro-active, and professional and have willingness to get involved. With your excellent relationship building skills, you are able to apply your drive and enthusiasm to motivating and supporting our partners.


Personal profile

  • Ability to think and work on bachelor level;
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in a relevant role;
  • Good communication and presentation skills (in-person and remotely);
  • Ability to work with people from different backgrounds and cultures;
  • Affinity for and possibly experience with the software industry;
  • Experience with selling cloud-based solutions is a plus;
  • Excellent proficiency of the Dutch and English language in speech and writing. Any additional languages is a plus;
  • Experience with knowledge transfer and training people.
